Offbase Systems was founded by officers TerryLee Seidensticker and current President  John F. Seidensticker, in Morrisville, Pa. in 1989. The company has been incorporated in Florida since 1995. Both officers are college graduates and hold several distinguished industry certifications. The Company is proud of its role in the community and supports several local organizations and charities.

Offbase Systems is built on the assumption that the management, implementation and administration of information technology is a lot like legal advice - it is not inherently a "do-it-yourself" project.
