Offbase Systems offers a standard per incident support model (the Client Model) and a managed services model (the Partner Model) for small and medium-sized businesses. The Company offers a comprehensive set of support services that are designed to manage and maintain an organization’s entire network environment, or as an addition to an existing set of in-house resources. The different models provide for maximum flexibility and support based on individual needs.
